Health Canada has leading edge research and results shown at their webpage: for you to check out and learn a lot from. I recommend anybody to read through this site and take heavy notes. There is a lot a lot a  lot of good information on here, as well as recommended daily intake levels of the different food groups. In my own diet, I’ve eliminated dairy and most sugars, this means no juice drinks, milk, eggs, cheese, etc. It has done wonders for the amount of fat on my body, pimples, energy levels and overall fealing of goodness.
